Ok, I opened the picture i wanted as a sticker in gimp 2, scaled to 900by600 and saved as a tga file. When I save it asks if i want to use RLE compression. I unchecked it and saved. After puting it in a sticker folder of its own..renaming as sticker.tga....puting an icon in the folder... WHEN I finally tested it in game, i found it and put it on my car. When I did that, the borders of the picture got stretched out over the rest of the car... I need to know how to fix this to make my super awesome car..... All help appreciated!!

try do make a trasparent border around your picture

In Paint.NET I just make the size bigger, without stretching the pic itself. Don't know if this option exists in Gimp
